I don't see the next logical step. Of course: I could guess and see what happens - but so far I only tried choices with a contradiction after at least 10 more steps.
And for the 2 in the middle of the second row from the bottom, I already used a rather obscure logic ("if the line didn't go along the 0, the it might not be a unique solution")

I fixed your link, which had an extra '/' on the end.
Other than the odd trivial marking of a definitely empty bar which hasn't helped, I don't immediately see how you can make progress either. I think that experimentation is likely to be the best way to solve this particular puzzle, once you get stuck. (It was made about 15 years ago and has sat in a database ever since, so I can't go back and see what the parameters or intended logic was)

Ok, then it's not us... I had similar problems a few more times in the last weeks with slitherlinks. So I decided to ask this time.
Maybe the logic was just about giving just enough hints to make the solution unique?
Playing on a computer makes experimenting easy. I imagine that this puzzle would not be suitable for print and pencil - too much rubber involved.
Oh, the / probably came from using your markup example - ...wherever.com /> - there's a /, too. But I thought I tested the link. Maybe I just pasted it...

I just found another possible step: row 3, the middle of the three 2: the bottom is black. Then it works.

One day I plan to rewrite my slitherlink code based on everything I've learned about how to solve them in 15 years :) but the existing puzzles are essentially fine so it's never been a priority.

I was re-solving some older puzzles to keep in shape and came across your old question. The continuation is straightforward. On the right edge, there is a vertical 1/2/1 combination. In such a case, the right side of the 2 must be black, as otherwise one of the two 1s would have two black edges. (this applies in general to 1/2/1 combinations at the grid edges: the outer edge of the 2 must be black) This rest should follow easily.
