Hi Gareth, I would really like to buy this book from amazon.co.uk but cannot as it advises it is unavailable. I know I can get it through amazon.com but I do not want to open up an account with them when I buy from amazon.co.uk is there a possibility that this book will become available to get from amazon.co.uk

You can buy it from Lulu.com if you want to buy direct in the UK.
To answer your specific question, it might become available on Amazon.co.uk this year but it might not - it can often take a month or more for titles to transfer from Amazon.com to Amazon.co.uk (since it is self-published), and even then they are only sold by marketplace sellers so the prices typically need to have postage added. Therefore Lulu will almost certainly be the cheaper option in any case.
