puzzlemix.com: Puzzle types restored

I've now restored the puzzles that had stopped appearing on Puzzlemix, so over the next few days and weeks all of the old types will reappear once more. Some hadn't appeared for a few months, or others for just a month. In particular the types that are back are:
* Kakuro
* Jigsaw Sudoku 9x9
* Jigsaw Sudoku 12x12
* Jigsaw Killer 9x9
* Killer Sudoku Pro Zero
* Kropki Sudoku 9x9

I'm also adding Hanjie and Nurikabe back in too.
