Apple have changed the way Safari works in iOS 9 on iPad and as a result the puzzle completion window no longer appears. You can temporarily work around this by going to Settings on your iPad and scrolling down to the Safari settings. In that section, switch "Block Pop-ups" to off.
When you finish a puzzle, Safari will then pop up a box asking if you wish to allow the pop-up, which you should answer "Allow" to.
Probably the only way for me to fix this is to make the completion window load inside the main puzzle window, which will affect all users so this will not be a quick fix.
