The site stores for each puzzle your best time, first completion time and most recent completion time. Beyond that it stores cumulative totals for how many times you have used each of the assistants or aids for a puzzle. So once you use something once on a puzzle it will be tagged that way for all subsequent plays.
As to your precise question, I think that indeed only your first play time should show up on the overall puzzle statistics because obviously if you've played a puzzle before you have an advantage (particularly on Hanjie) - but whether this is how it is right now I forget. Either way if you used 'show wrong' at all (even on a different play) then your time won't ever show up as "best time without show wrong".
Perhaps the site should store entirely separate information for each play, but then again I think that might be information overload! :)

Thanks for doing the site, great fun!!
You can however view other players' statistics and their comments in the tables above.
