Hi else, You opened the puzzle twice before completing it. After lots of complaints that this let people get extra time that wasn't "scored", I changed things so that doing this counts as using aids so far as the ranking is concerned.
If you didn't deliberately open it twice, maybe you double-clicked it rather than single-clicking to open it?
