The puzzle solution not complain the Hitori rules in our oppinion. Check the 1s in the fifth row in places 6 and 8 one of them should be no shadow.Sorry for our english
Hi mocky, The puzzle solution is correct - I'm afraid you've misunderstood the rules. You can shade all of a number in a row or column if you wish - there is no rule against that, so long as shading them complies with all of the other rules.
