I have a regular annual subscription - but when i renew it loads of the puzzles i had access to yesterday are then greyed out as 'predating my subscription'
This is really frustrating as i had access to them prior to renewing membership
Does anyone else have this problem? is there a simple solution?
Oh and can we have more Hanje!!?
Thanks

Hi muppet123,
I have good news on both counts! First, when you resubscribe you will see a notice displayed above your puzzles explaining how to restore your expired puzzles, which I have now done for you - so your old puzzles are back. Thanks very much for resubscribing!
Secondly, I recently added Holiday Hanjie: Huge Picture Puzzles, a new set of Hanjie puzzles which contains 50 huge puzzles, none smaller than 30x30! In particular, there are ten 40x40 puzzles, plus five each of 40x30 and 30x40. That still leaves a staggering thirty 30x30 puzzles.

Same thing happened to me. I didn't get a message how to fix it, only a message to send an email. Can you please fix it.
Thanks
